Hi! I'm Erica Ferri, the founder of Flashback Whistler.
In our fast-paced lives, precious moments seem to zoom by in a flash. But thankfully, some of these magical seconds stick with us as unforgettable memories. Want to know what made me realize I absolutely cherish these tangible keepsakes? It was a party with a photo booth! People queuing up, selecting hilarious props, and click - capturing hilarious and heartwarming moments! The vibe was an absolute blast, filled with joy, laughter, and silly expressions. Even years later, I still burst into laughter when I stumble upon those photos and relive the party. I'm a hopeless romantic who prefers the charm of an old-school printed photo that hides in a drawer, ready to bring back the magic whenever it's discovered. And that's why I wanted to create my own Photo Booth Service.
Sure, there are plenty of photo booths out there, but I didn't want mine to be just another run-of-the-mill business. I aimed to craft something more - a time capsule of pure fun. Drawing inspiration from the breathtaking beauty of my hometown, Whistler, British Columbia, I allowed nature to guide the design. Constructing the booth with real wood, I created a distinctive open-air experience with a touch of vintage flair. Being a photographer at heart, I dedicated myself to ensuring top-notch image quality with my professional camera, and speedy prints from the best printer available, making sure our guests are delighted with their keepsakes.
